Expungement / Restricted Access to Criminal Records

The law permits a prior criminal conviction to be “expunged” in certain, very limited, circumstances.  In particular situations, the law also permit previous misdemeanor or non-violent D felony convictions to be sealed from the general public, including potential employers. Drew can assess whether your previous conviction may be eligible for expungement or restricted access.  If eligible, Drew can prepare the necessary court filings at a very reasonable price. (Needs to go in Criminal law subsection)
