Criminal Defense

Drew has experience defending Class A, B, & C misdemeanors and D felonies, including OWIs/DUIs, drug possession, domestic battery, and theft. Drew will work with you to achieve the best result for your case, whether that be working with prosecutors to negotiate a diversion or other plea agreement or taking your case through trial. (**I may only have experience with the above mentioned levels of crimes, but I don’t want to pass on opportunities to take higher level cases like B, and C felonies…)
